Located at the edge of Houston's Memorial and Spring Branch area, the newest Kolache Shoppe is excited to serve the community. Owners Randy Hines, Lucy Hines, and Michael Horne look forward to welcoming everyone in the neighborhood to their warm and inviting space.

The new 1400 sq. ft. space will feature a full kitchen, bakery case, and coffee bar with the same bright design you'll find at our Heights, Pearland, and Celina locations—complete with blue-and-white tilework and wood details. With limited indoor and outdoor seating, the focus will be on convenient to-go service, perfect for busy commuters and families on the move.

Kolache Shoppe Memorial Location Progress

Located on the south side of I-10 with ample parking, the Memorial Shoppe will offer quick takeaway ordering and pre-order pickups of pastries and coffee—undoubtedly proving popular for a quick and convenient treat to start each day. We'll also be serving the nearby Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center and local schools with our catering services.

A legacy in the Houston area since 1970, Kolache Shoppe is known for their delicious sweet and savory kolaches and locally roasted coffee. "Even in the early days at our Richmond location, I recall quite a few guests driving from great distances for our authentic kolaches," says Randy Hines, whose family lives just down the road from the new location. "People want us out there, and we're excited to finally be able to serve this community."
